You may print and retain a copy of these terms for your records. They constitute a legal agreement between you and Gray Line El Salvador and may only be modified with our consent, except that we reserve the right to update them at our discretion by posting a revised version on the Site.

By using www.graylinesv.com or any Gray Line El Salvador affiliated website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, effective immediately. If you do not agree to be bound by them, please do not access or use the Site.

Gray Line El Salvador may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please check back periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the content of www.graylinesv.com (including text, images, URLs, and pricing information) other than for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of Gray Line El Salvador.

You agree to use www.graylinesv.com and any affiliated sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon, restrict, or inhibit any other person’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

Your use of the Site is intended for personal, non-commercial purposes and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to submit speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings, and not to use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site unless expressly authorized by Gray Line El Salvador.

Certain goods or services available for purchase through the Site — such as tickets, tours, and transportation provided by third-party partners — comprise a contract between you and that partner, not Gray Line El Salvador. While we take reasonable care to work with reputable suppliers, we accept no liability for the acts or omissions of such partners. Any such purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

Visitor Provided Material

In these Terms, “material” submitted by a visitor includes, without limitation, text, images, audio, video, and audio-visual content sent or posted to our website for any purpose.

Any material a visitor sends or posts to www.graylinesv.com is considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We may copy, disclose, distribute, or otherwise use such material as we see fit, with the exception of personal information, which is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will cooperate fully with any competent authority or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of a person who posts material in breach of these Terms.

When using the Site, you agree not to post or transmit any material that: (a) you do not have the necessary rights or consents to share; (b) is discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or likely to incite hatred, breach confidentiality or privacy, cause annoyance to others, or constitute or encourage conduct that would amount to a criminal or civil offense under the laws of El Salvador; (c) infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right, or that is false or intentionally misleading; or (d) contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful code.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device. To the extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, and for notifying us promptly of any changes.

 Pricing – Inclusions & Exclusions

Prices shown on the Gray Line El Salvador website are per person unless otherwise stated, and are quoted in United States dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

What is included in each tour or service is specified on the corresponding page.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult on all our tours. Some tours require a signed liability waiver, which may only be signed by a person 18 years of age or older; there are no exceptions.

Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable local taxes.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include gratuities to the guide, driver, or tour manager; food and beverages; or transfers to/from locations not listed in the itinerary. Gratuities are at your discretion.

Payment

Gray Line El Salvador accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

Every reservation confirmed by Gray Line El Salvador will be issued a confirmation number, along with the lead passenger’s name, number of guests, tour booked, date, and pickup details. Gray Line El Salvador is not responsible for any representation made during the booking process that was not made by one of our employees and confirmed in writing.

If a tour is cancelled before any cancellation fee applies, a cancellation number will be issued. Bookings cancelled subject to a cancellation fee will not receive a cancellation number, and cancellation charges cannot be disputed without one.

Amendments to group or coach tour bookings can generally be made by calling us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Tours that include tickets to special, dated, or third-party events (for example, festivals, concerts, or limited-capacity experiences) are non-refundable once booked, and full payment is required at the time of reservation.

The following categories of tours are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of departure: tours with private or limousine-style transportation, and any other tours specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of booking.

All other tours are fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure date; no refunds are granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.

Failure to board the tour vehicle at the scheduled time and place (a “no-show”) is treated as a cancellation.

We are unable to process refund requests made more than 30 days after the completion of the tour.

Special Requirements

At Gray Line El Salvador we do our best to give every customer full care and attention, but we need to be informed at the time of booking of any special needs or requirements. It is particularly important that you advise us of any disabilities, and whether you intend to bring specialist equipment such as a wheelchair. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician if you are uncertain about your fitness to travel.

Our policy is to maintain and improve accessibility to our services for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. While we take these needs into account and encourage third-party venues and partners to do the same, we cannot guarantee the accessibility standards of independent third parties.

Tour Information

Seating on group tours is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We may, at our discretion, require any person to leave a tour if we consider their conduct offensive or disruptive to other passengers, without further liability on our part.

We reserve the right to modify, at any time, the price, itinerary, or places visited due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every reasonable effort to notify passengers in advance of any necessary changes.

If a passenger is not carried for any reason, our liability is limited to a refund of the fare paid; we accept no further liability.

If a passenger fails to arrive, or arrives late, at the starting point or at any point during the tour, no liability can be accepted by Gray Line El Salvador.

Firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted on board any Gray Line El Salvador vehicle. We have no facility to store them; please do not bring them with you.

Accident or Loss

We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or any direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless resulting from the negligence of our employees, in which case our liability (except in the case of death or personal injury) is limited to a maximum of the cost of the tour.

We do not own or manage third-party venues and accept no liability for loss or damage caused by their proprietors or operators.

Force Majeure

Gray Line El Salvador shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform, delay, liability, or damage resulting from acts of God, labor disputes, civil unrest, fire, weather conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, acts of government or public authorities, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Liability

Gray Line El Salvador shall not be liable for changes made to an itinerary or service where necessary for the safety of passengers or continuation of a tour, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify published rates where required by third parties beyond our ownership or control. Gray Line El Salvador shall not be responsible for misrepresentations made during the sales process and is not liable for the personal property of tour participants.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of El Salvador.

General Conditions

No agent, representative, or associate of Gray Line El Salvador may vary these conditions, and any purported variation shall have no effect unless confirmed in writing by an authorized director of the company.
